Bridal veils and other specialty accessories are made to order, therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage you contact one of our stylists either by phone, email or live chat before completing your purchase.

We want you to be thrilled with your selections, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we will accept returns of unworn and unused items within 14 days. All merchandise labels and tags should be intact on the item with no visible signs of wear and all original branded packaging must accompany the returned item.

We encourage you to check the item(s) carefully when you receive them and inform us within 3 days of any damage or faults. Please contact us via email at to receive instructions for submitting a damage claim. 

Please contact customer service with your order number and reason for return. If the above guidelines are met, we will issue you a RMA . You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Be sure to include all original packaging. Make sure the RMA number is visible on the label provided. 

Once your returned item is received and accepted, a refund will be posted to the payment method used, or the replacement item will be shipped to you.
