Return & Exchange Policy
Each piece is hand-crafted in our Los Angeles atelier, and we want you to love it. If it isn't right, you may return it within 28 days of delivery for a refund, an exchange, or store credit. Returns on standard items are free.
STANDARD ITEMS
Robes, lingerie, standard-size veils, and bridal accessories may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the return tag still attached and all original packaging included.
LINGERIE
For hygiene reasons, please try on briefs, thongs and boyshorts over your own underwear. Lingerie bottoms are returnable only with the hygiene liner intact.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email returns@clairepettibone.com within 28 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will reply with a return authorization number and a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and send it back.
Prepaid labels are provided for returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Exchanges ship within 3 business days of receipt. Store credit is posted to your account and can be applied to any future purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or with a fault, please email returns@clairepettibone.com within 28 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund, and cover return shipping.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wedding gowns and custom orders, made to your size, length or color specifications, including veils in a custom length or color
- Sample gowns
- Clearance items marked final sale
- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons
